COMPANY NEWS Millbum Lime Issue.—Shares of the Milburn Lime and Cement Company. LtdDunedin, will become ex rights to the new issue of 300,000 £1 shares on April 16. The issue is being made on a three for two basis, at a premium of 5s a share. Donaghy’s Capital Plans.—Donaghy's Rope and Twine Company, Ltd.. Dunedin and Auckland, proposes to issue the balance of Its authorised capital of 62,500 £1 shares In the proportion of one new share for every three held. The issue, which will be made at a premium to be fixed by the Minister of Finance, will increase the paid capital from £187,500 to £250,000. The company last made an issue of new shares in March, 1947, when authorised capital was lifted from £125,000 to £250,000 and 62,500 £1 shares Issued at a premium of 20s in the proportion of one for two held. Oamaru Wool Interim.—Oamaru Worsted and Woollen Mills, Ltd., has declared an unchanged interim dividend of 3 per cent. Shares become ex dividend on May MINING Austral-N.Z.—For the 28 days ended April 7, the dredge operated 394 hours, treating 302,000 cubic yards, and recovering 679 ounces bullion.—(P.A.)
