TRAP SHOOTING
BELFAST GUN CLUB More than 40 shooters attended the* Belfast Rod and Gun Club's £25 sweepstake match at Chaneys on Saturday There was some excellent shooting and three possibles were shot in the main match by W. Dean off 12 yards, and by B. H. Sluia and A. N. Turner off 15 yar'te. The “high gun” honours were shared by Sluis and Turner, who both broke 39 out of 40 targets. The results are as follows: First Match, 15 Targets.—Possibles were shot by C. D Bailey, F. Ridden, B. H. Sluis, V. Luisettl, A. W. Fiaser. A* G. Thomson. T. Rowsell. H. C. Rowsell. T. D. Smith. M. C. Moore, S. Henderson. S Marston. G. Fuller, F. Rouse, A P. Chamberlain, and J. A. Dalton. Second Match. 15 Targets. £25 Sweeostake.—W. Dean. B. H. Sluis. and A. N. Turner broke the possible and divided first, second, and third money. Those with one down were: C. J. Inwood. F. Ridden. M. Bailey. M. C. Moore. S. Ma ston. C. H. Rowsell, J. Dalton, who divided fourth money. Third Match, 10 Target' off Hand’cap Marks.—Possibles were shot by M. Jury, F. Ridden. W. Dean. B. H. Sluis. and A. N. Turner. Those with nine on were: R. Jury. C. J. Inwood. M. D. Bailev. R. Dobson. A. W. Fraser. W Fiddler. H. C Rowsell. S. Henderson. H. McArthur, and F. Rouse. Fourth Match, 10 Targets. Gimcrack.Those with 10 on were: C. J. Inwood. A. W. Fraser, T. England, and A. N. Tyner. One down were: B. H. Sluis. M. D. Bailey. I. Boyce and A. P Chamberlain. Messrs R. Chapman and C. Booker were the referees. ,
