Housing Improvement Regulatlnna. —Provision for appeals by property owners against the decision of a local authority that repairs, alterations, or demolitions must be carried out if made in an amendment to the Housing Improvement Regulations gazetted last night. One month from the date of coming into force of the regulation! is allowed for* proceeding with appeals of which notice was given, w local authorities before that date. Points not covered by the regulation! will be subject to ordinary Court procedure.—(P.A.)
