BALLROOM DANCING
AUSTRALIAN REPRESENTATIVES WIN TITLE The seasoned Australian represents tives, L. Anderson and Miss B. Roberts won the Australasian ballroom dancing championship, held in the Wentworth last evening. It was the fifth time this couple had won the championship, and their polished performance earned enthusiastic applause from a well-filled gallery. The chairman of judges (Mr J. Hutchison) said the Australian couple’s standard of dancing had been quite exceptional, although the New Zealand provincial representatives had given a good account of themselves.
