CHRISTCHURCH WEATHER The day in Christchurch yesterday was fine, with a moderate wind from the north-east The maximum temperature was 57.1 degrees. At midnight the sky was almost clear, and there was a light wind from the north-east. The temperature was 45.7 degrees. The barometer, at 30.23 in (1023.7 millibars), was falling very slowly.
