U.S. HELD AGGRESSOR (Rec. 10 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 23. The Moscow radio says that the Patriarch Alexei, of Moscow, with the Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church, has sent a protest to the United Nations’ Security Council against “American aggression ih Korea,” and “the barbarous bombing of women and children.” The protest called for the Withdrawal of foreign troops from Korea and the “complete cessation of this unlawful war.”
