STUDY OF WORK DONE OVERSEAS

(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 2. The senior conservator to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Council (Mr D. A. Campbell) is leaving Wellington to-day on his way to Britain and Europe and also Canada and the United States to study overseas approaches to the world problem of soil conservation and of combating erosion. Mr Campbell has been honoured with the office of vice-chairman of the soil conservation and management section of the fourth International Congress of Soil Science at Amsterdam in July.
