BLACKBALL MINERS’ UNION
SUPPORT FOR TRADE UNION CONGRESS From Our Own Reporter GREYMOUTH. June 2. The Blackball Miners’ Union decided to affiliate with the Trade Union Congress. The decision to withdraw from the Federation of Labour and affiliate with the Trade Union Congress was made by a vote of approximately two to one. The Blackball miners were addressed by representatives of the federation and congress last week. They delayed their vote until this week.
