Smaller allocations amounted to £289 10; 4d together with mo\'e than 150 large crates of gifts for th? relief of leuers o' - all races and denominations in islands in the South Pacific. The board expressed its appreciation of Mr P. J. Twomey’s untiring efforts, and of the 30.000 donors in New Zealand who have made the work possible. Officers for next year include:— chairman. Mr A. S. Geddes: secretary, Mr P. J. Twomey; assistant secretary, Mr A. H. T. Rose; treasurer, Mr P. M. Mac Shane.
