Heavy Traffic Fees. —Heavy traffic fees lor vehicles of loads of two tons or more are at present being received by the Christchurch City Council. Fees were not being received very fast and at this present rate, there would be many unlicenced vehicles at the end of this month when existing licences expired, said the Chief Traffic Inspector <Mr G. P. Kcllari yesterday. True! owners could be assured there -vould Le no delay when they were obtaining a new licence. ’
