Russ a has maimed a v. or.d record for the five- . ile w'alk. The Tass News Agency reported that Issai Popkov set a new record of 35 minutes 32.8 seconds This was one-fifth of a second be'ter than the record set in England l~st June by a London electrician, Harry Churcher.—London, May 25.
