NEW POST IN CHARGE OF SUBMARINES (Rec, 9 p.m.) WASHINGTON. Maj’ 23. Captain William Brown, who commanded the 45.C00-ton battleship Missouri when it went aground oft Norfolk. Virginia, in January, has br an given command of a fleet of reserve submarines in “mothballs" at Greencove. Florida. A court-martial found Captain Brown guilty of negligence when the Missouri grounded.
