CHARGE DISMISSED A charge of driving without due care and attention against Roger Stringer (Mr E. B. E. Taylor), who pleaded not guilty, was dismissed. The Magistrate said that the evidence given in defence was a more reasonable account of what happened than that of the prosecution.
