u WELMNGTON. May 19. Mild cheese, such as is customarily sold to the public in cuts from the ’S not decontrolled in. price, stated the Price Tribunal to-day. Cheese of this type which is described as bulk Cheddar" cheese, sold within four months from the date of manufacture. is specifically excluded in the schedule to the decontrol notice gazetted last night. In its relation to cheese the deconapplies only to matured Cheddar cheese, to fancy and process cheese, and cheese naste and snread Matured Cheddar ch'-'?~e” is cheese sold after four months from the date of manufacture and commonly known as tasty cheese.
