A.T.C. Recruiting.— The Canterbury Chamber of Commerce, at the request of No. 31 Squadron, A.T.C., will help in interesting boys in the corps. Officers of the corps believe that precision training given trade trainees in the Air Force is of great benefit in civilian occupations, and is therefore of benefit to industry. The chamber has decided to approach the Manufacturers’ Association and the Employers’ Association to enlist their co-operation. At the suggestion of the chamber, the corps has planned a free screening of air training films for the age group from which recruits are drawn. It will be held at the corps’ club rooms. McKenzie’s Arcade, at 7.30 p.m., on Wednesday, May 31. i
