' and dealing with the 20 hours following the time of issue, is as follows: Situation: an anti-cyclone covers New Zealand, and a trough of low pressure lies south-west of the South Island. Forecast to 5 p.m.: light to moderate winds from a northerly quarter; weather, fair, with moderate temperatures. Further outlook: cloudy. The forecast for the West Coast of the South Island is:— Moderate winds from a northerly quarter; weather cloudy, with some early morning drizzle; temperatures moderate.
