RESULT OF POSTPONED POLL LONDON, March 9. The Conservative candidate won the Moss Side Division of Manchester at the postponed general election poll, reducing Labour’s overall majority to six. The voting was: Miss Florence Horsbrugh (Conservative! 25,347, R. W. Casasola (Labour) 16.769. E. P. Atkin 2607. Conservative majority, Miss Horsbrugh s win represents a conservative gain from Labour, which captured the seat from the Conservauves in 1945. The Liberal candidate lost his deposit.
