FOUR POWERS ASKED TO MAKE CHANGES
. VIENNA. March 8. Karl Austria’s Foreign MmiStet,. told Parliament that Austria had asked for ifiUr Occupation Powers to 'reduce tnbir forces in Austria, pay their own Occupation cOsts, arid-relin-quish most of their tights in the country. Dr. Gruber said that a Note listing 23 detoands, ranging from the reduction of trbop strength to the elimination Of all restrictions on road and river traffic, had been sdrif to Moscow, Londoh, Washington, and Paris.
