Reuter’s Berlin correspondent says that British police to-day entered the Lower Saxony State Parliament and arrested the Communist leader in the province, Mr Robert Lehffiann, for failure to appear before a British Occupation court on charges of publishing a leaflet against dismantling. Mr Lehmann, claiming Parliamentary immunity, had refused to appear for trial.
