REPORTED PROPOSALS FOR PEACE DUTCH OFFICIAL GOING TO INDONESIA (Rec. 11 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 6. An official of the Netherlands Cabinet is on his way to Indonesia with proposals for peace between Captain R. P. D. Westerling’s “Army of the Heavenly Host” and the Indonesian Government, says the correspondent of the “Daily Mail” in The Hague. The Indonesian Army will be pressed to accept native troops of the

former Dutch Colonial Army who are now flocking to Captain Westerling, adds the correspondent. Captain Westerling’s rebel forces recently captured Bandoeng, in Java, but later evacuated the city.
