FRANCE AND WEST GERMANY

TRADE AGREEMENT INITIALLED

( Ree. 7 p.m.) PARIS, January 30. A trade agreement between France and the West German Federal Gov. ernment was initialled in Paris to-day. It will become effective as sbon as it has been approved by the Allied High Commission in Germany. The aim of the agreement is the doubling of French exports to Western Germany and the increasing of Western German exports to France by up to about 33 1-3 per cent.
