AGREEMENT ON FINANCE
SCANDINAVIAN STATES AND BRITAIN
(Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, January 31. An agreement creating “Uniscan, ’’ a limited financial union of Britain. Sweden, Norway and Denmark, was signed in Paris yesterday. The agreement removes many restrictions on payments among the four countries. It is not concerned with the further liberalisation of trade.
