CARROLL MEMORIAL TO BLUE SPEC (New Zealand Press. Association) WAIROA, January 30. The Wairoa Club’s summer meeting concluded in fine weather before a large crowd. The track was in good order after overnight rain. The totalisator handled £24,543 10s, compared with £20,595 10s last year, an increase for the day of £3948 10s.
