Remanded on Theft Charge.—Halton Grey de Freatus, aged 37, who appeared in the Magistrate’s Court on Saturday on, a charge of stealing a towel and pullover of a total value of 30s, the property of T. Armstrong and Co., Ltd., was remanded until to-morrow. Bail was allowed in the sum-of £25 and one surety of £25. Mr H. Sweney, J.P., and Mr J. Wyn Irwin, JP., were on the Bench.
