E.C.A. GIVES DETAILS (Rec. 8 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Dec. 24. The Marshall Plan nations, for the second successive year, required almost as much aid in food and agricultural goods as they did in industrial goods. The Economic Co-operation Administration said to-day that it had approved for European recovery purchases so far this year 1,810,072,000 dollars for industrial items. 1,767.233.000 dollars for food and agricultural goods, and 10,982 000 dollars for technical services such as bringing foreign production teams to the United States to learn American production methods.
