Letter to Belgian King.—A British Foreign Office spokesman said that the war-time letter from King George VI of Britain to King Leooold of Belgium. as published in the Belgium newspaper “Ce Soif.” was substantially correct. The letter urged King Leopold not to stay in Belgium when the Germans overran it—London, December 23.
