ST. PETER’S CHURCH
INDUCTION OF VICAR The Rev. H. G. Norris was inducted as vicar of St. Peter’s Church. Upper Riccarton. at a service last evening, conducted by Archbishop West-Wat-son. assisted by the Ven. Archdeacon C. L. Mountfort. Mr Norris, who was previously vicar of St. John’s Church. Woolston. succeeds the Rev. J. T. Holland, who has gone to New Plymouth. Mr Holland, who was vicar of St. Peter’s for four years, was bidden farewell at a gathering held after the evening service last Sunday. Several presentations were made. A welcome to Mr Norris was held in the parish hall after the service last evening.
