PASTURE COMPETITIONS The final, and slightly amended, arrangements for judging the North Canterbury pasture competitions, which began on Monday, are announced by Federated Farmers as follows:—Monday, October 17: Amberley Post Office, 9 a.m.; Tuesday: Cheviot Post Office, 9 a.m.; Cust, Springbank Railway Station, 9 a.m.; Wednesday: .Amuri, Waiau garage, 9 a.m.; Loburn, North Loburn hall, 9 a.m.; HawardenWaikari, Star and Garter Hotel, 9 a.m.; Thursday: Oxford Post Office, 9 a.m.; Fernside Railway Station. 8.30 a.m.
