PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED APPLICATION FOR SANCTION OF LOAN: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kowai County Council proposes at its next meeting, to be held on the third day of November. 1949, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board, for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of £lO,OOO for the purposes of providing a Water Supply for the Amberley Riding. The security for such loan shall be a special rate of 2Jd in the £ on the rateable capital value of all rateable property in the Amberley Riding district.
