NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Waipara County Council held in the Council Chambers at Waikari on the 18th day of July, 1949, a Resolution was passed in pursuance of the Health (Eating House) Regulations, 1948, for the making of a proposed By-Law entitled as above, the objects or purport whereof are as follows: 1. TO provide for the form of and particulars contained in applications for the registration of premises within the Waipara County as eating houses in pursuance of the above Regulations. 2. TO define the construction, maintenance, and condition of such eating houses the facilities, conveniences, and equipment to be provided therein, and the cleanliness and conduct thereof. 3. TO determine the date of termination of every certificate of registration of such premises as eating houses in pursuance of such Regulations as the Ist October in each year and the fees payable to the Council in pursuance of such Regulations as follows: On application for registration Nil On issue of certificate of registration £1 On renewal of registration and issue of fresh certificate therefor £ 1 On transfer of certificate of registration 5/The full text of the proposed By-Law is open for public inspection at the Office of the Waipara County Council, Waikari, where the same may be inspected during office hours without fee. The above Resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a subsequent meeting of the said Council to be held in the Council Chambers at Waikari on Monday, the 12th day of September, 1949, at which meeting the date on which the proposed By-Law shall come into force will be fixed.
