SCHOOL PUPILS TO GO ON STRIKE
(New Zealand Press Association.) WELLINGTON, July 30. Until the Minister of Education (Mr T. H. McCombs) has received a deputation from parents or otherwise given an assurance that schoolrooms will be erected, and until the Education Department undertakes to pay for the present bus service from Linden to the Tawa Flat School, approximately one mile away, some 60 primary school children at Linden will remain at home as from Monday.
