NEW WORLD LABOUR BODY

FORMATION IN NOVEMBER PLANNED LONDON, July 29. Non-Communist trade unions throughout the world will be invited to form a new World Labour Confederation at an international conference in London in November. This was decided during a five-day meeting which concluded in London to-day of the preparatory committee established at the International Trade Union Conference in Geneva in June. Mr A. W. Croskery represented New Zealand and Australia on the preparatory committee, which included representatives of France, Italy, Britain, the United States, Germany, Asia, the Middle East. Latin America, the Benelux countries, and Scandinavia.
