PRODUCTION DEPENDS UPON TRANSPORT Transport Depends Upon Availability Of Waggons Rail users are urgently requested to review their transport arrangements and ensure that they are doing everything possible to avoid delay in loading and unloading railway waggons. All-round cooperation in this respect will reduce substantially the aggregate running hours now lost through unnecessary standstill, and the national interest thus will be served by more intensive use being made of existing waggon stock.
