CRAFTSMAN.-—Violin repairing is more than a job for 74-year-old Mr A. H. B. Kirke, of Elwood, Melbourne. It is an art and a tradition handed down from generation to generation in the Kirke family. Mr Kirke is also an expert piano tuner, and he has been engaged by several notable artists, including Dame Nellie Melba and Paderewski.
