Pensioners’ Colony.— The names of the Prime Minister (Mr Fraser), the Minister of Health (Miss M. B. Howard), the City Council’s Public Relations Officer (Mr T. H. Langford), and Mrs i. Green, a member of the North Canterbury Hospital Board, have been perpetuated at the pensioners’ settlement at Burnham. The settlement will be known as Howardville, and it will contain Fraser, Langford, and Green streets.
