Conference With Republicans dutch accept u.n. PLAN (Rec. 7 p.m.) BATAVIA, March 29. The Netherlands Government has informed the United Nations Commission for Indonesia that it is prepared to participate in discussions with the Republicans, as suggested by the United Nations Security Council. The Netherlands Government stated, however, that these discussions would not prejudice the responsibility of the Netherlands for freedom and order in Indonesia, and the rights and position of the various parties. The Netherlands Government asked for the postponement of the first conference until Mr J. H. van Royen, the Dutch delegate to the Security Council, who will lead the Dutch delegation, arrived in Batavia.
