An address was given yesterday by Lieutenant-Colonel F. L. H. Davis. Chief of Staff. Southern Military District. at the opening of the course for Koya] New Zealand Artillery instructors at Godley Head. The course, which will end on April 13. is being attended by artillery instructors from all over New Zealand, and includes gun drill and equipment on the six-inch coastal guns.
