Middle East, India, Iran, Iraq, Syria, China, Hong Kong, Malaya, and Netherlands East Indies, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 9.30 a.m.; for U.S.A., Central America, West Indies, Canada, Newfoundland, per P.A.A., Wednesdays. 9.30 a.m.; per 8.C.P.A., Mondays 1.30 p.m. (late fee 2 p.m.): Thursdays, 9.30 a.m. (late fee 10 a.m.); for Fiji, Mondays, 1.30 p.m., Fridays 9.30 a.m.; for Cook Islands and Tonga, Friday, April 1, 9.30 a.m.; for Norfolk Island, every Friday, 9.30 a.m.
