OFFICIAL FORECASTS ‘The Press" Special Service WELLINGTON, Feb. 25. The weather forecast for Canterbury issued at 9 p.m. by the Meteorological Office. Wellington, and dealing with the 20 hours following the time of issue, is as follows: Situation: an anti-cyclone is moving across the Tasman Sea towards NewZealand. Forecast to 5 p.m.: moderate variable winds. Weather fair, with moderate temperatures. Further outlook fair. WEST COAST The forecast for the West Coast of the ; Sou‘ Island is:— .Moderate south-westerly winds; a few showers, but considerable fair periods. Temperatures moderate.
