Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd.Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd., advise that an interim dividend, of 2J per cent, on preference shares and 13 per cent on ordinary shares will be paid to shareholders on January 31. Transfers received up to and including January 21 will be adjusted for dividend, ex dividend January 22.
Consolidated Brick—Consolidated Brick and Pipe Investments, Ltd., advise that the directors have declared an interim dividend of per cent, on ordinary shares, as at January 14, 1949, and halfyearly divided on 4J per cent, preference shares in the company as at January 24, 1949. Both dividends are payable on January 28. N.Z. Refrigerating Company.—The annual accounts of the New Zealand Refrigerating Company, Ltd., will be issued to shareholders shortly. The directors recommend a dividend of 7J per cent.
