INTERMEDIATE TEAMS TO TRAVEL
Canterbury "intermediate” teams Will play Hutt Valley and Wellington teams at Lower Hutt and Wellington on Saturday and Monday, leaving for the north on Friday evening. The visit of the men’s team is in return for visits from WelHngton and Hutt Valley "colts’ ” teams, which played in Christchurch last season. The women’s matches are an inThe teams - limited to players of about 2! years or under, are as follows: Men.—B. R. Penfold, J. J. Borough, A J. Hewitt, E. W. Cairns. Women.—Misses D. L. Luxton, S Elsom, H. Henderson, N. Walker. Four of the players are from Canterbury sub-associations. Hewitt. Miss Henderson and Miss Walker being Malvern representatives, and Cairns a Banks Peninsula player.
