APPEAL BY COSTA RICA
AMERICAN STATES TO CONSIDER CHARGES (Rec. 8.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, December 14.
The Council of the Organisation of American States has called a meeting of the American Foreign Ministers to consider the charges by Costa Rica that its territory has been invaded by armed forces from Nicaragua. The date and place of the meeting will be determined later.
The council has meanwhile authorised an investigating commission to go to Central America to study the situation.
