PROVISION FROM ESTATE An order granting Janet Mary Quaid and Alison Catherine Quaid, infants, suing by their mother, Esma Guinevere Quaid (Mr G. N. L. Holmes), an equal share with other beneficiaries in the estate of Thomas Quaid, who died in 1947, was made by Mr Justice Fleming in the Supreme Court yesterday. The estate was valued at £llOO. Mr E. M. Malley appeared for Timothy John Quaid, Thomas Joseph Quaid, Helena Fielding, and Alice Gertrude Quaid. the other beneficiaries, and Mr G. L. Caldwell appeared for the Public Trustee. Decree Nisi . Granted On the ground of failure to comply with a decree for the restitution c-f conjugal rights, Ralph (Dr. A. L. Haslam), who -ipetitioned for divorce from Dulcie Melva Sloan, was granted a decree nisi, to be made absolute after three months.
