Four Killed in Chicago Hotel Fire.— Four people were killed and at least 13 injured early to-day when fire swept through the fifth floor of the Victoria Hotel in the Loop district of Chicago. About 200 guests were in the hotel, which is old and mainly occupied by low income permanent guests A woman who escaped to-day had jus? moved in after escaping from another hotel fire two days before. An elderly man jumped from the fifth floor and suffered only fractured toes and a skinned nose.—Chicago, Dec. 12.
