PAKISTAN CIVIL DEFENCE
(Rec. 9 p.m.) KARACHI. Sept. 24. The Pakistan Home Minister <Khawaja Shahabuddin) announced to-dav that Pakistan would establish a civil defence organisation immediately throughout the Dominion, says the Karachi corresoondent of the Associated Press. Volunteers would be given semi-military training.

Williams, a terrific puncher with either hand, knocked down Flores, twice in the fifth round for counts of nine. The challenger managed to keep going and stay on his feet until the ninth round Then Williams sent him down twice for counts of nine and eight. The end came in the next round, w’hen Williams. after * terrific punches, knocked Flores out. A crowd of about 18.000 saw the fight.—New York, September 28.
