Frost Yesterday.—A frost of 9J degrees was recorded at the Magnetic Observatory yesterday morning. The records show that frosts of five degree! or more are frequently recorded in September. The heaviest September frost on record was one of 16.5 degrees in 1918. A frost of 5.4 degrees was recorded at Wigram yesterday.
