Cuban Labour Leader Shot by Gunmen. —Gunmen in a speeding car killed Senor Juan Arevalos,' the veteran Cuban anti-Communist Labour leader, as he stood on a footpath near his home to-day waiting for a tram. He had been for manv' years an organiser for the American Federation of Labour in Cuba and Latin America generally. —Havana, September 1.
