FALL OF FORTY FEET FROM CRANE

<P.A.) AUCKLAND, Sept. 1. An electrician who fell from a crane at the outwards goods shed of the Railway Department on to a concrete floor on Tuesday died in’ the Auckland Hospital to-day. He was George Frederick Ankers, a married man. aged 34, of Epsom Mr Ankers fell about 40ft and was taken to hospital suffering from severe head injuries.
