U.S. OFFICIAL PRAISES PEOPLE’S EFFORTS (Special Correspondent N.ZP.A.) (E «- 8 pan.) LONDON, August 31. The discipline and co-operation of the Austrian Government and people in their efforts to promote the recov-r-r their country were praised by Mr Westmore Willcox, head of the American Economic Co-operation Administration’s special mission to Austria.
