MR HEADEN TO BE RELEASED
(Rec. 12.45 a.m.) LONDON, August 23. The Berlin correspondent of the Associated Press says that the Russians have asked United States liaison officers to go to their headquarters and accept the release of Mr Thomas Headen, who was arrested yesterday.
